This week I am going to Miami. One of the things I am most excited about is breaking out my favorite warm weather item: rompers! They are great because they come in different patterns and fabrics and they are perfect for day to night.

I haven't done an outfit post in awhile. Recently I wore this maroon wrap dress from Nasty Gal. It's simple but the color makes it stand out.





I was browsing through some photos and noticed that Rihanna wore something similar to a New Years Eve party earlier this year (although I think her dress was long).

Rolling In The Deep

I know that I just did a music post but I just couldn't wait to do this one. Adele is back! "19" was one of the best albums ever and now she is back with "21." Rolling in the Deep is the first single from her album and she does not disappoint. This song is going to be on repeat in my ipod for awhile!!

Bodies

Cee Lo Green just released his new video for "Bodies." The theme for the video is rather morbid, but guest appearances by Kerry Washington, Janelle Monae, and Karl Lagerfield make the video worth it. Let me know what you think!

Monday night means one thing: Gossip Girl!! My favorite character is the Queen B, but when it comes to fashion Serena reigns supreme. This season she has been styled to perfection. No wonder all the guys love her and all the girls want to be her. Here are some of my favorite looks from this season:

Music Monday: Janelle Monae

I have been a fan of the beautiful and talented Janelle Monae since her first album dropped. I had the pleasure of meeting her and seeing her perform live in Boston a couple of years ago. I am so glad that she is now getting the recognition she deserves in the music world. Her Grammy performance last night with Bruno Mars and B.o.B was, in my opinion, the best of the night. Check it out!

Cabin Fever

The gloomy weather has really prevented me from going out as much as I would like :( I cannot wait to be someplace warm asap! As much as I love cozy knits, I am officially ready for spring. I cannot wait for cute printed dresses, cut-offs, and crop tops! Sadly, I don't think I'll be dusting off my sandals anytime soon, but a girl can dream.
